Welcome to the Vivier Rewrite Tool operated by Vivier (“we,” “us”). By using our website and Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

We provide tools that transform your input (e.g., drafts and screenshots) into rewritten text. You are responsible for the content you submit and for reviewing outputs before use.

2. Accounts

You must create a member account to access certain features. Keep your login secure and do not share your account.

3. Trials, Plans, and Billing

• Free Trial: A 5-day trial with usage limits may be offered. We may limit or end trials for misuse.

• Subscriptions: Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. The price and billing period are shown at checkout.

• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime from My Subscriptions. Your access continues through the paid period already billed.

• Refunds: We don’t provide refunds or credits for partial periods unless required by law.

• Changes: We may change plan features or prices on renewal with notice.

4. Usage Limits & Fair Use

• Pro plan limits: up to 200 rewrites/day and 1,500 words per draft.

• Trial limits: up to 20 rewrites/day and 1,000 words per draft.

• No spam, unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. No reselling or sharing the Service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to your inputs. Subject to your rights, you grant us a limited license to process inputs for providing the Service. Outputs are provided “as-is” and may require your review/editing.

6. Third-Party Services & AI

We use hosting, payment, and AI providers to operate the Service. We aren’t responsible for third-party services we don’t control.

7. Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability

The Service and outputs are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, fitness, and non-infringement. We won’t be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your content, use, or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or security risks. You may stop using the Service at any time; cancellation rules above apply to paid plans.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States of America, without regard to conflicts of law. Venue and jurisdiction will be in the courts of Texas, United States of America.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we’ll provide notice (e.g., on-site notice or email). Continued use means you accept the new Terms.
