This Privacy Policy explains how Vivier (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and the Vivier Rewrite Tool (the “Service”).1

• Account & Contact: name, email, and any details you provide when creating a member account or purchasing a plan.
• Content You Submit: uploaded images/screenshots and the text you paste for rewriting.
• Usage Data: actions on the site (e.g., analyze/rewrite counts), device/browser info, and pages visited.
• Payments: handled by our payment partner; we do not store full card details.
2. How We Use Information
• To provide and improve the Service (including processing your drafts to generate rewritten output).
• To operate trials, enforce usage limits, and provide customer support.
• To send service-related messages (e.g., plan status, account notices) and optional marketing if you opt in.
• To protect our Services, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
3. AI & Service Providers
We use trusted service providers to host our site and process content (including AI providers that transform your uploaded text/images into rewritten output). These providers act on our instructions. Your content may be processed on servers outside your country. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or illegal content.
4. Legal Bases (EEA/UK visitors)
We rely on performance of a contract (to provide the Service), legitimate interests (to secure and improve), and/or your consent (where required).
5. Data Retention
• Account and plan records: kept while your account is active and as required for tax/legality.
• Uploaded content & outputs: retained for operation/debugging and then deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period.
• You may request deletion of your account by emailing us.
6. Your Rights
Subject to your location’s laws, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data. Contact: support@philipvivier.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time (service emails will still be sent).
7. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). Do not sign up or submit data if you are under that age.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method is 100% secure, so please use the Service responsibly.
9. International Transfers
If you access the Service from outside The United States of America, your information may be processed in other countries that may have different data protection laws.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. We’ll post the new date above. Your continued use means you accept the updated Policy.
